Built for family caregivers. Private by design.
Organized care,
trusted resources,
one place.
Collective Care Compass is a web and mobile app for family caregivers who are managing a loved one's care and looking for clarity, not more noise.
Who this is for
This app is built for family caregivers: the daughter coordinating her mother's appointments across three specialists, the spouse managing medications and insurance forms, the adult child across the country who needs to stay in the loop without feeling helpless.
Caregivers are often overwhelmed, isolated, and unsure where to find trustworthy information. Collective Care Compass exists to reduce that burden with tools that are calm, honest, and genuinely useful.
What the app does
Care coordination tools
Shared calendar, appointment scheduling, medication tracker, care task lists, and a document hub for storing important paperwork. Family members can be invited to collaborate with role-appropriate access.
Vetted resource library
A curated library of educational resources from trusted organizations, never AI-generated or unverified. Resources are organized by topic and faith tradition, across clinical and community-based sources.
Reflective support
A private journal, mood and wellbeing tracking, and a gentle AI reflection companion for processing the emotional weight of caregiving. All optional, never required.
Emergency access
An offline-accessible emergency card with critical health information, crisis resources, and one-tap calling for urgent situations. Available without login for designated family members.
Some of this is free to read before you ever create an account: the questions to ask at the appointments that decide things, the Know Your Helpers directory of who to actually call, the free printable caregiver daily log, and the Emergency Card.
About the resource library
The resource library pulls only from a hand-curated, pre-vetted list of organizations. No links are AI-generated or sourced from the open web without review. Resources are organized into two tracks:
Both tracks are labeled clearly in the app so users understand what kind of vetting applies to each source. Clinical sources carry peer-reviewed institutional credibility. Faith community sources carry community trust and spiritual relevance.
What this app is not
Collective Care Compass is an organizational and resource-discovery tool. It is not a medical service, therapy platform, diagnostic tool, or clinical care provider. It does not give medical advice, and it does not replace the guidance of licensed healthcare professionals. The AI reflection feature is a supportive conversation companion only, not a mental health treatment.
If you or someone you care for is in crisis, please call or text 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline) or your local emergency services.
How this app is funded
Collective Care Compass is contribution-supported and free to use.
Caregiving is already expensive, in time, money, and energy. We do not want the cost of a tool to be another barrier. If the app has helped you, we invite you to help another caregiver by making an optional gift. Every contribution goes directly toward keeping the service running and improving it.
"If this helped you, help another caregiver."
Privacy and contact
We take the privacy of caregivers and care recipients seriously. Your personal information and health data are stored securely and used only to run the app for you. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising. You can export or delete your account at any time from your settings.
